For full-service marketing consulting operations support, the charge depends on the work itself. In general, we charge an affordable monthly retainer to help you implement best-practice tactics in any number of marketing operations areas. We also offer other one-time strategy development services and a Marketing Help Desk that focuses on guidance and support.
The charge for the 1/2-day option is $399 (up to 3 topics). The charge for the 1-day option is $999 (up to 6 topics). And the charge for the full, two-day marketing training course is $1499 per person for groups of 2 or more (up to 6 topics). We also provide one-to-one-training opportunities for individuals as well. Currently, all trainings are delivered virtually, due to the pandemic. Let us know if you’d like the option for trainings to be delivered in person. We will simply pass on the costs of any business-related travel or expenses.
Right now, we don’t offer asynchronous, on-demand courses. We do offer synchronous virtual trainings right now. Please contact us at email@example.com or 650-218-3167 if you’d like to discuss virtual options or if you’d like to schedule an in-person event at some point in the future.
We are pretty flexible in terms of scheduling as long as we don’t have an existing engagement. If it’s more customized training, we would ask about a 21-day lead time. Otherwise, let us know what your preferences are.
We ask that you give us at least a 10-day advance notice before canceling or 7-day advance notice for rescheduling any training. There is no change fee to reschedule for another time, but we will not refund any deposits in the case of cancellation it falls within the 10-day window. We will refund deposits that do fall in advance of the 10 days of the set booking date.

Yes. For the 1/2-day training, you can choose up to 3 topics. For the 1-day training, you can choose up to 6 topics. For the 2-day training, we can cover up to 12 topics. We can easily customize the digital marketing experience for your group. If you would like more time spent on a particular topic or just a set of topics, let us know.
