What support will be provided for paid campaigns?

Recommendations will include campaign structure, bidding strategy, campaign targeting, conversion optimization, ad copy and creative, conversion tracking, keyword targeting, and more.

Will you help with implementation?

The Marketing Help Desk is meant as a support system for you to ask an expert any question you like – to review campaigns, how to tactically implement something, or even help with strategy. So, we can certainly give you guidance as you do the implementation. If you need us to help you implement it, we recommend adding on to your Marketing Help Desk package or selecting our Marketing Consulting Services instead. For the latter, we provide implementation and full, marketing-agency-operational support for your team.

What if I do not use the consulting call?

Given the nature of the Marketing Help Desk, we ask that you use any allotted calls during that particular month during that monthly period. We don’t carry over credits to the next month, given scheduling would inevitably back up during the end of the membership period, and we wouldn’t always be able to guarantee open times. That said, if you know you will need more of the calls during a particular period, we can certainly work with you to adjust the volume up or down, given upfront/advance notice.
